Meanwhile the Chennai High Court has postponed the hearing of an anticipatory bail application by actress Khushboo to Tuesday. The actress had filed an application for anticipatory bail in a defamation case filed against her after she made comments on pre-marital sex to a Tamil magazine.

With several political parties protesting against her remarks, 24 cases were filed against her in Tamil Nadu in various district courts. In one such case, a Mettur court issued a non bailable arrest warrant.

The Chennai Commisioner of Police confirmed the reciept of the warrant but said they could decide on further action only after court orders were made clear.
