When the whole of K-Town and T-Town is singing paeans on S S Rajamouli, the man behind the bilingual blockbuster 'Naan Ee', the director can't stop raving about Rajinikanth, the one and only Superstar of Tamil cinema.
"Rajini sir is my favourite actor in Kollywood. I always wanted to meet him as a fan. I met him during a function once. But before I could speak to him, he was surrounded by others. So I stayed back," the filmmaker says.
He adds: "After 'Magadheera' got released, I got a call from Rajini sir and he said I had done a fantastic work. My joy knew no bounds. And recently, he called me up again and appreciated my work in Naan Ee."
"How can I ask for more? I am still flying high. Because, Rajini sir is the one artiste whom I admire like anything. Hearing good words from him about my work is really special," concludes Rajamouli.
