Kolkata: The crime graph against women continues to soar in West Bengal. A first year college student and a state-level swimmer was allegedly molested by a jute mill employee.
The incident happened in Bally, which is on the outskirts of Howrah. The swimmer chased the alleged molester and handed him over to police.
The accused reportedly harassed the swimmer after placing a bet for Rs 1,000 with his friend. A week ago, a TV anchor was allegedly molested by an inebriated man near the Howrah Station.
