UPSC CDS (II) 2017 Result Declared at upsc.gov.in, 192 Candidates Make it to Final List

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) had organized the Combined Defence Services Examination - CDS II 2017 in the month of November 2017 followed by Interviews by the Services Selection Board (SSB).

UPSC CDS II Results 2017 have been declared by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on its official website – upsc.gov.in.

UPSC had organized the Combined Defence Services Examination - CDS II 2017 in the month of November 2017 followed by Interviews by the Services Selection Board (SSB).

A total of 192 candidates have qualified for admissions to the 145th course of Indian Military Academy – IMA, Dehradun; Indian Naval Academy – INA, Ezhimala, and Air Force Academy – AFA, Hyderabad, however as the document verification is still under process at the Army Headquarters, these results are provisional.

As per the Results notification, on the basis of written examination UPSC had recommended 3701, 2248 and 914 candidates respectively for Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Air Force Academy; out of which 103 candidates have made it to the Final Recommendation list of Indian Military Academy; 69 for Indian Naval Academy, and 20 for Air Force Academy, after the SSB Interviews.
