UPSC CISF Limited Departmental Competitive Exam 2018 application process has begun on the official website of Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) to fill 29 vacancies for the post of Assistant Commandants (Executive) in Central Industrial Security Force (CISF).

The LDCE Recruitment exam is scheduled to be conducted on 4th March 2018. Candidates eligible and interested in the same can apply online by following the instructions given below:

How to Apply for UPSC CISF Limited Departmental Competitive Exam 2018

Step 1 – Visit the official website – http://www.upsc.gov.in
Step 2 – Under 'What's New', click on the notification that reads, CISF AC (EXE) LDCE 2018
Step 3 – Click on the pdf
Step 4 – It will take you to http://www.upsc.gov.in/sites/default/files/Notice_CISFAC_LDCE_2018_ENGLISH.pdf
Step 5 – Read through the instructions and if you are eligible then Register yourself on the website and apply with Online Recruitment Application given under 'Recruitment' tab on the homepage
Step 6 – Take a print out of the duly-filled application form as you would need to send it to the competent authority in CISF for consideration

Eligibility Criteria
As per the official notification, “The candidates should have completed 04 years of regular service as on 01st January, 2018 in the rank of Sub. Inspector (GD) / Inspector (GD) including the period of basic training and should have clean record of service till issue of offer of appointment.”

Age limit
The applicant must be less than 35 years of age as on 1st August 2018. UPSC has clearly stated that no relaxation will be given for age consideration.

Selection Process
The applicants will be shortlisted on the basis of a Written Test and the candidates who will qualify the same will be eligible to appear for Physical and Medical Standard Test, followed by Personality Test.

Admit Cards to be Released - Two weeks before the exam day
