We all have faced the dilemma of what to do with the leftovers. Many times you don't have to heart to throw it all away, but you don't know what to do with it.
Here are a few recipes you can try with those leftover rotis, boiled rice, dal:
1. Chapati Upma
Make small pieces of the chapati.
Take a pan and add oil.
Add mustard seeds and cummin seeds.
Add green chillies and chopped onion.
Saute for a few minutes and add peanuts and sesame seeds.
When the onions turn brown, add capsicum.
Add the chapatis and mix well.
2. Fried rice

Take a pan and heat oil.
Add spring onion whites and saute.
Add leftover rice, soya sauce, spring onion greens.
Add salt and mix well.
Saute for 2 minutes.
3. Dal Pav Bhaji
Pav Bhaji masala
Take a pressure cooker and boil the vegetables.
Once boiled, take the vegetables out and mash them well.
Take a deep bottom pan and heat the dal.
Add ginger-garlic paste.
Add mashed vegetables and stir well.
Add pav bhaji masala and salt.
Add butter and serve with bread.
4. Vegetable Cutlet
Leftover dry vegetable curry
Take a pan and add the dry vegetable curry.
Add cheese and bread crumbs.
Mix well and roll them into small balls.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the cutlets.
