If you are feeling overwhelmed with thoughts, and crave clarity to be more productive at work, be better at relationships and feel tranquility in life, the solution lies in going out and filling yourself with fresh air to the cellular level.

When you are involved in high-intensity workouts or play outside, the air that fills your lungs touches your body; the sweat that comes out, throwing out the toxins; and wear and tear your body goes through, actually pumps life in your brain, thereby, creating space by freeing up unwanted junk.

Here are 5 easy physical brain hacks that clear an overwhelmed brain:

1. Take a Power-Walk
Go out and take a power-walk, compete with the cyclists passing by. Do not run, just chase as fast as you can.

2. Go Hiking
If you have a nearby trail, go hike it early morning. A weekend with steep hiking can leave you rejuvenated than spent.

3. Take an Extra-Stretch
If you are into Yoga or meditation, go an extra mile and indulge in extra-stretch poses like a crescent lunge, downward-facing dog, chair pose, warrior or bow, the options are plenty.

4. Kids’ Play
Engage yourself with your children or join others’ kids in the play zone if you don’t have one yet. Turn into an instructor and guide your energy as well as theirs for a psychophysical uplift.

5. Dance
Dancing is yet another physical activity that impacts your brain in the most positive way. The endorphins released while dancing can give you a high and soothe your mind, like nothing else.
