The Eagleton Golf resort on the Bengaluru - Mysore highway is turning out to be the new epicentre for the battle for Karnataka . This is where the congress has checked in 75 of it's 78 MLA's to stall attempts by the BJP to poach them. It's not too bad a place to be holed in for 15 days. There's an international restaurant, a 24-hour coffee shop and a casual bar and lounge, plus a bakery. Other amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a spa, as well as a gym and a meditation room. And by the looks of it the MLA's have been making full use of their stay here.

News18 managed to sneak in to the premises of this resort to find out how the Congress leaders are keeping a count of their MLAs. Till the trust vote is over the Congress and the JD(S) will have to ensure that their 116 MLAs are kept away from temptations like cabinet berths and Rs 100 crores.
