After more than 6 months into the Ukraine war, President Putin has approved Russia’s new foreign policy doctrine. The 31-page “humanitarian policy” is primarily based on the concept of “the Russian world”. The new doctrine asserts Russia should “protect, safeguard and advance the traditions and ideals of the Russian World”.
