If you are someone who smokes frequently or drinks often, you must quit those habits. It is important to focus on your health before having the baby because you will be expected to be there for the newborn 24/7. That wouldn’t be possible if you are grappling with your own health issues.
4. Accept changes in your sex life:
Make sure that you are prepared for the changes in your sex life after the arrival of a baby. The addition of a new member to the family calls for added responsibilities and investment of a lot of energy, time and effort. This may not allow you to spend some personal time with your partner.
