The ongoing Lakme Fashion Week is as intriguing as it's surprising. While day 3 witnessed the presence of various celebrities on and off the ramp, it also saw some sort of a social statement. Fashion knows no bound and the #TagFree show presented at the 6Degree studio proved just that.

Fashion doesn't discriminate on the basis of age, sex, skin, shape and colour; and why should it? It's for everyone to explore and ride high on their own style statement. Curated by stylist Kshitij Kankaria, the show brought together women from different walks of life. The line up of the women included transgender model Anjali Lama, fashion blogger Shereen Sikka, singer/songwriter Kavya Trehan, film star Priyanka Bose, fashion consultant Angélique Raina, fashion stylist Sujala Newar, gender neutral model Petr Nitka, singer/songwriter Rachel Verghese, actor Shweta Sharma, hairstylist Sapna Bhavnani, actor Simran Borade, writer Krithika B, executive Aditi Kaushik, entrepreneur Cheruba Nelson, actress Sarah-Jane Dias, photographer Anushka Menon, singer/songwriter Monica Dogra, entrepreneur Mishali and more.

The women strutted down and were welcomed with a huge cheer and rounds of applauds proving there literally are no bounds.

Ace designers Rajesh Pratap Singh, Raw Mango, Sanchita, Suket Dhir, Dhruv Kapoor, Bodice and Miuniku showcased the varied designs. It came as a breath of fresh air and was one of those rare sights when the world of fashion decided to break free from the set stereotypes!
