3. Keep your house clean: Keeping your house clean and disinfected can help get rid of any number of triggers. You might even want to bar the doors and windows during peak pollen season or get an air purifier to keep the allergens away.
4. Manage your stress: Stress, anxiety and panic can make seasonal allergies worse. Meditate, indulge in some self-care and use other methods of relieving stress to be able to manage allergies better.
5. Detox the body: Toxins in your body can make keeping allergies at bay difficult, so stay away from alcohol, fried foods, processed foods and sugar. Instead, indulge in detoxifying foods like citrus fruits, turmeric, ginger, nuts and seeds, and drink plenty of water.
