Here's Why Kapil Sharma was Seen in a Wheelchair at Mumbai Airport

Kapil Sharma's fans were worried after the comedian-actor was spotted in a wheelchair on Monday. He now ensures he is fine and has suffered a slight injury at the gym.

Actor=comedian Kapil Sharma was snapped while getting out of Mumbai airport on Monday. To his fans' surprise, the actor was being carried off in a wheelchair by an airport staffer. While speculations swirled as to why he was wheelchair bound, Kapil has now opened up on the same saying he had suffered a back injury in a gym.

“Hello sir. I'm good. Gym me thorra back injury ho gayi. It will be fine in few days. Thank you for the concern,” Kapil was quoted by a website as saying about his injury.

On Monday, Kapil was seen in an all black attire and accompanied by an attendant. A video also showed that he was not in a good mood as he was pushed to his vehicle on the wheelchair. He asked photographers to stay clear of his way. He was also caught abusing on camera.

While exiting Mumbai airport seated in a wheelchair, he had a spat with media photographers and video persons who rushed towards him to capture his pictures. The comedian was later also heard hurling abuse at the photo journalists.

In the video, Kapil's bodyguard is seen taking the lead and asking the photographers to step back, to which one of the lenspersons replied: "We are clicking pictures from a distance."

Kapil then shouts at the photographers, saying: "Tum badtameeziyan karte ho (You guys misbehave) Ull* ke Patt**"!"

This left the photographers baffled, and someone from Kapil's team is seen trying to pacify the angry paparazzi, asking them to delete the video. One of the paparazzi replied: "He has abused us. We will not delete the video."

On the personal front, Kapil has become a father on February 1 as he and wife Ginni Chatrath were blessed with a baby boy. On the work front, he will be featuring in a Netflix project soon. He is also set to appear in Sony LIV project Daadi Ki Shaadi.
