According to the creators, the Spanish series shows “the impunity, ambiguity and brutal reality of prostitution, and the psychological portraits of those on both sides of the scale”. Pina didn’t find success with his crime-mystery White Lines in 2020, but Sky Rojo is confirmed for a second season.
