OMG! Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra, Varun Dhawan to Reunite For This Film
Now after the success of the "Student of the Year", Johar has once again come up with another flossy love triangle, which will see actor Tiger Shroff in the lead role.
Karan Johar's Student Of The Year marked the debut of three talented young stars Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra, all three of whom have carved a niche for themselves in Bollywood. Released in 2012, Student of The Year is a romantic comedy revolving around two guys fall in love with the same girl. Now after the success of the movie, Johar has once again come up with another flossy love triangle, which will see actor Tiger Shroff in the lead role.

However, if a report in mid-day is to be believed, original star cast might make a small appearance in the much-anticipated sequel. Alia, who played the role of a sophisticated rich teenager Shanaya Singhania, told the tabloid, "I am sure Karan will find a way to associate us in some way. For all you know, there might be some reference to us in the second part. Never say never. It could be possible."

Johar unveiled the first look of Shroff from Student of The Year 2 on Twitter last month. "The FRANCHISE continues!!! The college opens its doors to a new Student! @iTIGERSHROFF #StudentOfTheYear2 directed by @punitdmalhotra @foxstarhindi @DharmaMovies @apoorvamehta18," he had written alongside the picture.

Dressed in a ripped jeans and military green jacket and his infectious smile, Tiger is said to romancing two female actors in the film.

Well, it seems the students have graduated from school to college in the sequel with Punit Malhotra taking the reigns from Karan Johar. Punit, who has helmed I hate Luv Story and Gori Tere Pyaar Mein, for Dharma, has a huge responsibility on his shoulders to fill in Johar's shoes.

Interestingly, Saif Ali Khan-Amrita Singh's daughter Sara Ali Khan and Sridevi-Boney Kapoor's daughter Jahnvi Kapoor were also considered for the parts in the movie.
