45. Baloda Bazar is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Chhattisgarh and is part of Raipur Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Baloda Bazar falls in Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara, Raipur district and Central region of Chhattisgarh. It is categorised as a semi-urban seat.

There are a total of 2,56,941 voters in the seat, which includes 1,28,826 male voters, and 1,28,102 female voters. In the 2018 Chhattisgarh elections, Baloda Bazar recorded a voter turnout of 75.83%. In 2013 the turnout was 77.47%, and in 2008 it was 67.28%.
