New Delhi: The list of Governors for Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka and Rajasthan is likely to be finalised on Monday.
Sources have said that senior BJP leader Kalyan Singh could be appointed as the Rajasthan governor. Maharashtra Governor K Sankaranarayan resigned on Sunday after he was transferred to Mizoram.
So far six governors appointed during the UPA regime have quit and two sacked.
