83. Karauli is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Rajasthan and is part of Karauli Dholpur (SC) Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Karauli falls in Karauli district and Matsya region of Rajasthan. It is categorised as a rural seat.

There are a total of 2,32,713 voters in the seat, which includes 1,25,742 male voters, and 1,06,971 female voters. In the 2018 Rajasthan elections, Karauli recorded a voter turnout of %. In 2013 the turnout was 74.85%, and in 2008 it was 75.3%.
