83. Kondagaon is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Chhattisgarh and is part of Bastar (ST) Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Kondagaon falls in Kondagaon district and South region of Chhattisgarh. It is categorised as a rural seat.

There are a total of 1,64,741 voters in the seat, which includes 80,681 male voters, and 84,053 female voters. In the 2018 Chhattisgarh elections, Kondagaon recorded a voter turnout of 83.48%. In 2013 the turnout was 84.63%, and in 2008 it was 79.19%.
