Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday will address his third National Democratic Alliance rally in Saharsa district of Bihar and is likely to announce a special package of Rs 56,000 crore for the poll-bound state. This is Modi's third visit to Bihar within a span of just 1 month after becoming the Prime Minister in May 2014.

As per media reports, Bharatiya Janata Party leaders, including Sushil Kumar Modi, have been asserting that the PM might announce a special package worth Rs 56,000 crore at Saharsa rally.
