53. Malhara is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Madhya Pradesh and is part of Damoh Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Malhara falls in Chhatarpur district and Vindhya Pradesh region of Madhya Pradesh. It is categorised as a rural seat.

There are a total of 2,07,038 voters in the seat, which includes 1,11,670 male voters, and 95,361 female voters. In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh elections, Malhara recorded a voter turnout of 71.57%. In 2013 the turnout was 68.38%, and in 2008 it was 66.9%.
