73. Mangawan is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Madhya Pradesh and is part of Rewa Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Mangawan falls in Rewa district and Vindhya Pradesh region of Madhya Pradesh. It is categorised as a rural seat.

There are a total of 2,21,708 voters in the seat, which includes 1,18,259 male voters, and 1,03,447 female voters. In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh elections, Mangawan recorded a voter turnout of 59.67%. In 2013 the turnout was 59.41%, and in 2008 it was 53.68%.
