125. Saunsar is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Madhya Pradesh and is part of Chhindwara Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Saunsar falls in Chhindwara district and Mahakoshal region of Madhya Pradesh. It is categorised as a rural seat.

There are a total of 1,94,263 voters in the seat, which includes 1,00,732 male voters, and 93,523 female voters. In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh elections, Saunsar recorded a voter turnout of 86.74%. In 2013 the turnout was 84.2%, and in 2008 it was 76.67%.
