69. Semariya is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Madhya Pradesh and is part of Rewa Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Semariya falls in Rewa district and Vindhya Pradesh region of Madhya Pradesh. It is categorised as a rural seat.

There are a total of 1,97,764 voters in the seat, which includes 1,05,737 male voters, and 92,021 female voters. In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh elections, Semariya recorded a voter turnout of 69.41%. In 2013 the turnout was 66.72%, and in 2008 it was 65.55%.
