217. Ujjain Dakshin is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Madhya Pradesh and is part of Ujjain (SC) Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Ujjain Dakshin falls in Ujjain district and Malwa North region of Madhya Pradesh. It is categorised as a urban seat.

There are a total of 2,43,747 voters in the seat, which includes 1,23,750 male voters, and 1,19,979 female voters. In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh elections, Ujjain Dakshin recorded a voter turnout of 67.41%. In 2013 the turnout was 68.92%, and in 2008 it was 64.18%.
