Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, on the occasion of completing 100 days on office, said that he was satisfied with the performance of his government.

Speaking to media in Lucknow on Tuesday, Adityanath said, “Though the 100-day term is a very short period, but our government took it as a challenge. The people of Uttar Pradesh have relied on our government policies. The government is trying to take the state further on the path of development.”

He said that he was working for everyone without any discrimination. “Our government took an important decision to fulfill the promise made in the ‘Sankalp Patr’. The BJP government in the state is working continuously for the people of Uttar Pradesh. Also, the women in state feel safer after the formation of Anti-Romeo Squad,” he said.

“Effective work was done in the field of food, housing, drinking water etc. Also, there have been determined efforts towards employment and development. Not only this, the decision to celebrate Uttar Pradesh Day for the first time on January 24 was taken by our government,” he added.

The Chief Minister said that his government is committed to liberate the state from mafia and potholes. He said that the roots of corruption and dynast politics had become very deep in the previous governments, due to which the state and the people suffered losses.

He said that the debt relief for 86 lakh farmers has been provided by his government. Not only this, his government is also committed to give a better future to the farmers. He also released the book '100 Din Vishwas Ke’ on the occasion.
