Football Transfer News September 19: Indian Super League club Hyderabad FC have signed former CD Mirandes Spanish defender Odei Onaindia on a one-year-deal. Liverpool have completed the signing of Diogo Jota from Wolves on a “long-term contract”. The Portuguese international joins the Reds for a fee of 40m pounds, which could rise to 45m pounds. Meanwhile, Liverpool’s young defender Ki-Jana Hoever has joined Wolves. The young Dutch defender has signed a five-year contract with the West Midlands club.

The Uruguayan defender will earn 2.5 million per-season pounds per season at Sardegna Arena. The Athletic reports that Norwich City have rejected two offers from Barcelona for their English right-back Max Aarons. Juventus boss Andrea Pirlo has said that the Italian champions are unlikely to sign Barcelona and Uruguay forward Luis Suarez. According to Goal, Chelsea have agreed a fee of around 22m pounds with Rennes for the service of goalkeeper Edouard Mendy.

Norwich reject two offers from Barcelona for Max Aarons | The Athletic reports, Norwich City have rejected two offers from Barcelona for Max Aarons. One of the Spanish giants' bids came in at 26 million USD plus bonuses for the 20-year-old right-back, but the Canaries are holding out for a higher fee. Apart from the Catalan giants, German champions Bayern Munich are also said to be interested in Max Aarons.

Zappacosta joins Genoa on Loan | Chelsea's Davide Zappacosta has joined Genoa on loan for the 2020/21 season. The 28-year-old right-back, who joined Chelsea in 2017, has most recently played on loan at Roma, although soon after joining, he suffered an anterior cruciate ligament injury in his knee.
