Instagram supports a system-wide Dark theme, so here’s how to enable it:
1. Go to your phone Settings
2. Go to Display
3. Switch on the Dark Theme toggle

How to Turn on Dark Mode for Facebook Messenger App
Unlike Instagram, Facebook Messenger allows you to enable the Dark theme option from within the app itself. Switch it on and that's it, you now have the Dark mode for Facebook Messenger.

YouTube also has the option of enabling the Dark theme from within the app. Here’s how:
