Kapil Sharma emerged as the biggest entertainter of the Indian television with his quick wit and spontaneity on the show 'Comedy Nights with Kapil' when it first aired in 2013.

'CNWK' went off air amidst a lot of controversies after the host and the channel hit a rough patch. However, this is definitely a call for celebration for all the fans around as Kapil Sharma is all geared up with another comedy show to be aired on Sony TV. The show is expected to commence by mid-2016.

Sunil Grover, popularly known as Gutthi will also be back on the small screen with his perfectly timed japes. Rumours of Kapil taking the show on another channel started since the day he decided to part ways with the previous one. The actor even shared a picture hinting about their return on social media and captioned it as, "I want to wear make up soon. See you soon. Before monsoon."
