In the first of its kind initiative, the IT corridor in Cyberabad will become car free for one day every week. Car free Thursday is a voluntary initiative appealing to people to give up their cars and travel in more eco- friendly manners such as public transport, bicycles, shared auto-rickshaws, car pools or eve walk up to their offices.
Anand said, "Safety of women is of prime concern for which RTC buses have been introduced."
Thanks to the e-Seva centres, people living in Hyderabad and Cyberabad can now avail documents like the copy of an FIR e-mailed to them.
