To spread awareness regarding Immunization amongst the students Aaditya Thackeray visited the BMC Worli Sea face School.

School Children welcomed Aaditya Thackeray with energy, excitement & enthusiasm and performed various cultural activities.

The event provided an opportunity for the speakers to share experiences to better understand some of the challenges and bottlenecks to achieve national immunization goals. The event was moderated by Vinaya Deshpande, Bureau Chief. The discussion had eminent speakers like Aaditya Thackeray, Dr.Sheela Jagtap, Asst.Health Officer, Public Health Department, MCGM and Dr.Vivek Pardeshi, Surveillance Medical Officer, WHO.

Vaccine hesitancy is a growing issue that may affect progress towards reaching and sustaining high immunization coverage .Aaditya Thackeray said, we must work together to ensure that all parents, caregivers and healthcare professionals understand the importance of vaccine and immunization in preventing diseases and saving lives.
