Arfi Lamba’s Short Film ‘The Idiot’ to be Screened at 11th Edition of IDSFFK

The 18-minute short film ‘The Idiot’ which had received numerous accolades and appreciation at the 40th edition of the prestigious Asian-American International Film Festival in New York last year has now been selected for the Short Fiction Competition section to premiere at the 11th International Documentary and Short Film Festival of Kerala. The short film which is a comment on the binary nature of debate in India, has been inspired by the true story of an Egyptian man who caused a plane to be hijacked in order to meet his ex-wife in March 2016.
