Popular Kerala musician and violinist Balabhaskar passed away on October 2, a week after being seriously injured in a car crash that claimed the life of his two-year-old daughter. The family met with an accident while returning after temple worship at Thrissur. Bala Bhaskar had suffered multiple injuries and had undergone a surgery. Veteran Kerala actor, Captain Raju, died on Monday (Sept. 17) at his residence in Kerala, said family sources. He was 68.

TDP founder NTR's son and actor-politician Nandamuri Harikrishna died in a road accident in Telangana's Nalgonda district early on August 29, doctors said. He was 61. Harikrishna, a former Rajya Sabha member and a former Andhra Pradesh minister, sustained critical head injuries when the car in which he was travelling along with two others overturned near Anneparthi.

Veteran actress Rita Bhaduri, who worked extensively in films and television shows, including the ongoing "Nimki Mukhiya", died on Tuesday, said a source from the hospital where she was admitted for over a week. Rita was at the Sujay Hospital in Vile Parle. She was fighting a weak kidney and was on dialysis. TV actor Kavi Kumar Azad, who portrayed the role of Dr Hansraj Haathi in 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma', passed away on Monday (July 09) afternoon after he slipped into a coma yesterday, reports claimed.
We are very sad to inform loss of our senior actor Kavi Kumar Azaad. He was playing the character of Dr Hathi in TMKOC. We lost him to a massive cardiac arrest today morning.
"He was an amazing actor and a very positive person. He truly Loved the show and always came for the shoot even if he was not feeling well. He called today morning that he is not well and will not be able to come for the shoot. And later we got the news that he passed away.
