After a long hiatus Sushmita Sen will be seen on the big screen again- this time in a Bengali film called 'Nirbaak'.
Directed by Srijit Mukherji, the film marks the debut of Sushmita Sen in Bengali films.
Veteran musician, actor and filmmaker Anjan Dutta plays a key role in the film.
'Shabdo' actor Ritwick Chakraborty will also be seen in the film.
The film's narrative also has a golden retriever's character.
Sush, who has been busy with her 'I AM' project last couple of years and her last release 'No Problem' came out in 2010.
Actor Jisshu Sengupta plays the male lead in the film.
The director of the film- Srijit Mukherji has recently won the National Award for Best Film for 'Chotushkone'.
The film has been shot in and around Kolkata.
While the film's story is under the wraps, the film has five key characters.
Sushmita has also signed another Bengali film called 'Jodi Emon Hoto' which will release after 'Nirbaak'.
