 Abhay Singh Chautala is a member of Haryana Legislative Assembly for the constituency, Ellenabad and is seeking re-election from the same constituency. He was the leader of the opposition from the party, INLD. The party, which ruled the state the last time from 2000 to 2004, was divided owing to the difference between Ajay and Abhay Chautala. She is contesting from Dadri, a seat in Bhiwani-Mahendragarh Lok Sabha constituency which BJP has never won. Babita became a household name after Bollywood movie 'Dangal', a film about the struggles of her father Mahavir Phogat who turned her daughters into wrestlers against social conventions. Explaining her decision to join the BJP, Babita had earlier said she was impressed by the party's ideology and the bold decisions taken by Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government.  Bhupinder Singh Hooda is an Indian National Congress politician who is the current Leader of the Opposition in Haryana. He also served as the Chief Minister of Haryana from 2005 to 2014. When he began a second term in October 2009 after leading the Congress to an election victory, it was the first time since 1972 that a Haryana electorate returned a ruling party back to power. This time, factionalism within the Congress and corruption charges against the party leadership are the main stumbling blocks that he is facing. Filing his nomination papers from Haryana's Narnaud for the assembly polls, the BJP leader disclosed that he had assets worth Rs 170.41 crore against Rs 77.36 crore during the 2014 assembly elections.
