Remember when the Xbox Series X design was unveiled by Microsoft, people had instantly compared the console to a mini fridge? I mean they compared it to a CPU, a UPS, among other things as well, but the fridge mem was the one that went farthest. How far? well, Microsoft ended-up actually making an Xbox Series X Mini Fridge that was announced back in the summer.
Now, the company has announced that the Xbox Series X fridge is going on pre-orders starting October 19. Yes, the meme-inspired fridge has finally been launched by Microsoft and it will cost buyers $99.99 (roughly Rs 7,500). (Image Credit: Microsoft)
According to Microsoft, the mini fridge is expected to ship sometime in December, and Microsoft has partnered with Target in the US, Game in the US, and GameStop, Micromania, or Toynk in Europe. In Canada, the Xbox Gear Shop will sell the fridge. It is not known if the Xbox Series X Mini Fridge will make it to the Indian shores. (Image Credit: Microsoft)
The mini fridge can hold up to 12 cans of drink, and has two shelves inside the door to hold snacks. There is even a USB at the front to charge devices, and it also comes equipped with a DC power adapter so it can be portable.
