Weekly roundup: Xolo Q500, Micromax Canvas Juice A77 and other gadgets launched in India this week

Idea launched a new smartphone for the Indian market, the Aurus 4, priced at Rs 8,999.

Logitech launched its new gaming mouse. Dubbed the G602, the mouse is wireless, and Logitech claims that it can go on for 250 hours of non-stop gaming. It is available for Rs 6,495.

Sony announced its high-end full-frame mirrorless cameras - the Alpha 7 and the Alpha 7R at Rs 94,990 and Rs 1,24,990, respectively.

BSNL launched an internet-ready phone priced at Rs 1,799 and two smartphones in association with Pantel Technologies. The phones will come in bundled offers with BSNL special tariff vouchers.

Micromax silently introduced a new smartphone - Canvas HD A116i. E-commerce site ebay is selling the smartphone for Rs 14,299. The phone has a 5-inch 720p display and an 8 megapixel autofocus camera with an LED flash. It has a 2 megapixel front camera.

The Micromax Canvas Juice A77 has a 5-inch display and runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. The phone costs Rs 8,000.

Portronics launched a new device - Superbox - in India at Rs 2,499. Superbox is a palm-sized device, which has the capability of being your speaker, your MP3 player, your audio recorder and even your power bank.

Xolo launched its latest quad-core smartphone, the Xolo Q500 powered by a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor. Priced at Rs 7,999, the 4-inch Q500 has an OGS WVGA display (800x480 pixels) at 233 PPI. It has a 5 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a VGA front camera.

Samsung has silently introduced the successor to its popular Galaxy S Duos smartphone. Named the Galaxy S Duos 2, the new smartphone comes with a 4-inch WVGA display. The Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 is available on e-commerce site Snapdeal.com for Rs 10,890.
