New Delhi: There is some good news on the job front. A survey by a global HR firm says Employers in India expect the job market to keep up its momentum from July next month. 
 
If you are fresh out of college or those nursing job loss blues there is a glimmer of hope. 
 
Global HR firm, Manpower says among the 34 countries surveyed, Indian employers are still the most optimistic and are likely to hire over the next three months. 
 
Managing Director (MD), Manpower, Naresh Malhan said, “Even in Asia-pact countries which is emerging as the strongest region as far as hiring intentions are concerned India as the strongest .” 
 
While employers sentiments are still low in the North and the West, employers at Southern cities like Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad are more likely to hire says the survey. 
 
Despite the, employment outlook at 19 per cent is much lower than from what it was three months ago. It is also a drastic fall from 43 per cent recorded in the same period last year. 
 
Over the last 6 months, more than 5 million jobs have been lost in the export sector alone. But Manpower says that could be now be over. 
 
Malhan said, “We are expecting positive growth in hiring for next quarter too.” 
 
One of country's recruitment company is optimistic about the India's hiring in the next three months but much will depend on what the Government announces for the job sector in the coming budget.
