A Community Killed Four Horses But Why?

People of Ambedkar Nagar decides to kill four Horses. The horses were buried after being killed. The action was taken after animal husbandry approved it. The four horses were suffering from an illness of Persian Glanders. Glanders is a deadly disease which can be passed to Humans.
