Mumbai: BEST drivers and conductors on a strike, buses off the roads

Mumbai: In trouble for Mumbaikars, the BEST buses in the city have gone off the roads as drivers and conductors are on a strike over the new computerised scheduling system.

The drivers and conductors had a dispute with the management over the new scheduling system.

BEST runs the public bus service in Mumbai, a major feeder for the local trains.

Meanwhile, locals have complained of inconvenience due to strike. "It's been 20 minutes, no bus is here yet," said a resident.
