In a major security breach, a man threw red chilli powder at Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal inside the Delhi secretariat on Tuesday afternoon. The man, identified as Naraina resident Anil Sharma, has been detained. The attack took place outside the chief minister's chamber on the third floor of the secretariat when he was leaving for lunch.
