Mandatory marathi films & beef ban: Can government decide our tastes?

After banning beef in Maharashtra, the state government has now made it mandatory for multiplexes to screen Marathi films during prime time slots of 6pm to 9pm. CNN-IBN takes calls from across the country and asks whether government can decided our tastes.
