New Delhi: The AIIMS Forensic Department Head Sudhir Gupta has expressed full faith in the judiciary ahead of that Central Administrative Tribunal hearing into his plea to continue as the Head of the Department.
"I am unbiased and impartial only for the truth. I have full faith in the judiciary," he said.
In the petition filed, Gupta had claimed that he was pressured into changing Sunanda Pushkar's post-mortem report. Meanwhile, the AIIMS had rejected Dr Gupta's claims.
Sunanda, wife of former Union Minister Shashi Tharoor, was found dead in a five-star hotel in South Delhi on the night of January 17, a day after her Twitter spat with Pakistani journalist Mehr Tarar over an alleged affair with Tharoor.
