Chandigarh: In a horrific incident, an elderly couple was beaten up in Chandigarh. CCTV visuals show a youth entering the couple's mobile shop in Chandigarh's sector 18. 
 
On Thursday, the man had reportedly come to the shop in Chandigarh's Sector 18 to meet the couple's son over some dispute over his handset. After an argument, he started slapping them. 
 
The man first hurled abuses at the couple and then assaulted them. While the elderly man suffered injuries on his hand, his wife broke her tooth. The footage also shows that the onlookers did not come forward nor helped them. The accused has been arrested and is being questioned.
