Drive safe campaign: Is road safety not being taken seriously by the government?

A year after BJP leader Gopinath Munde lost his life in a road accident - the Narendra Modi government's promised stringent Road Safety Bill which will replace the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 is yet to be taken up by the union cabinet. Over the last one year the draft bill has gone through for changes but each time it has been watered down further. CNN-IBN takes calls from across the country and asks whether road safety is not being taken seriously by the government.
