While the nation has been engrossed celebrating the 4th International Yoga Day, we caught up with actor and TV host Gunjan Utreja to talk about fitness, well being and Yoga. A fitness enthusiast himself, Gunjan revealed his idea about fitness. "I grew up in North India and the whole idea of fitness was only one thing - How many hours do you spend in the gym? How long were you there in the gym? How heavy were you pumping those weights? That was the idea of fitness. And it's only few years ago when I realised that fitness is much more than going to the gym. Fitness is much more than how you look. Fitness is actually how you feel. Obviously, it is also about what you think, what you're eating, how you'r working out. So, it's a holistic thing," he said. While a lot of people believe Yoga is boring, Gunjan helped us break that myth. He says, "A lot of people think Yoga is for old people. A lot of people think that going to the gym is interesting, having loud music is interesting, running fast is interesting. But I'll tell you what's more interesting - Sitting straight is interesting." Catch him in an exclusive interview with News18.com, doing his favourite exercise and much more.
