Manmohan Singh cannot be held responsible, says Veerappa Moily

Veerappa Moily said that Manmohan Singh cannot be held responsible and that BJP had indulged into a political witch-hunt. While on the other hand Prashant Bhushan said that it is a very healthy sign of our judicial system that influential people are being summoned.
