New Delhi: The Jammu and Kashmir High Court has accused the CBI of not carrying out a proper investigation into the <a href='http://www.ibnlive.com/news/srinagar-sex-scandal-murky-details/21739-3.html' sex scandal that rocked the state last year.

The court has pulled up the investigating agency for sparing <a href='http://www.ibnlive.com/news/exjk-ministers-in-sex-scandal/9044-3.html' ministers, MLAs and high level police officials.

The court said that there is enough evidence available against many, including Transport Minister Hakim Yasin and ex-ministers Ghulam Hassan Khan and Yogesh Sahani in the case.

The scandal created headlines last year when it was revealed that young girls were being forced into prostitution and pornography allegedly under the patronage of ministers, businessmen and police officials.
