The crisis continues in the Karnataka govt as 13 Congress-JDS MLAs have resigned. 10 rebel MLAs are staying at the Sofitel hotel in Mumbai. The rebels have refused to take back their resignations saying that that they will not return back to Bengaluru. Meanwhile, state minister GT Devegowda has said ministers should resign to accommodate the rebel MLAs. He said that he is ready to resign and give his berth to a rebel MLAs. The Congress unit in Karnataka has issued a circular to all MLAs to attend a legislature party meeting on July 9. The circular also mentions that strict action will be taken against those Congress MLAs who don't attend the meeting. The JDS is also in a huddle, while the Karnataka unit of the BJP has called a meeting on Monday at 5 pm.
