Kolkata: A Kingfisher Delhi-Bangalore flight was forced to make an emergency landing at the Kolkata airport on Saturday due to a technical snag.
However, sources told CNN-IBN that the windscreen of the flight cracked mid-air and the flight had to be diverted to Kolkata.
All 146 passengers were safe but were stranded at the airport.
The passengers were later put on an alternate flight to Bangkok at 11 am.
Following this, another flight to Bangkok IT021 was delayed by five hours.
